Products and Pricing
All products and services listed on our website are subject to availability.
We may update or discontinue products or services at any time. Changes do not affect orders that we have already confirmed.
We take care to keep descriptions, specifications, prices and availability accurate. If an obvious error appears in a price or description, we will contact you before processing your order and you may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel and receive a full refund.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and [include / exclude] VAT. Shipping fees are calculated by weight and delivery province and are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Information page.
Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed once we have received payment in full and sent you confirmation. Processing time starts on the date your order is confirmed and payment is received.
All goods remain the property of AC LUXE Hygiene until they have been paid for in full.
Processing, Delivery and Collection
Standard processing and production time is 10 to 14 working days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received. After processing, your order is dispatched by courier. Delivery times, shipping fees and delivery areas are set out on our Shipping Information page (https://acluxehygiene.co.za/shipping-info), which forms part of these terms.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays can be caused by suppliers, courier services or high order volumes. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed. If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed time, you keep the rights the CPA gives you, including the right to cancel and receive a refund in the circumstances the Act provides for.
Collection is available only by prior arrangement. If you want to collect your order, tell us when you place it. We will tell you the collection address and hours once your order is ready.
If you cannot be reached or do not take delivery or collection within 14 days of our notice that your order is ready or has been returned to us, we will contact you in writing with a final notice. If you do not respond within 7 days of that notice, we may cancel the order and resell the goods. We will then refund the amount you paid, less our reasonable and documented costs, such as return courier charges and storage. Special-order or custom-made goods may be treated differently, as set out in our Return Policy.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
All sales are subject to our Return Policy (https://acluxehygiene.co.za/return-policy). Nothing in this document or the Return Policy limits your rights to return defective or unsafe goods, or goods that do not match what you ordered, under the CPA. Your cooling-off rights under the ECTA and the CPA apply as the law provides.
Intellectual Property
All content on acluxehygiene.co.za, including text, graphics, images, logos, icons and software, belongs to AC LUXE Hygiene and is protected by South African copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, AC LUXE Hygiene is not liable for:
Indirect, special or consequential losses
Losses caused by using or being unable to use our website

If you are a business customer, you agree to indemnify AC LUXE Hygiene against claims from third parties that arise from your use of the goods contrary to their intended purpose or to the law. This clause does not reduce the rights of a consumer under the CPA.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
If we have a dispute, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, either of us may refer it to arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA), or to mediation or another form of alternative dispute resolution. Consumers keep the right to approach the National Consumer Commission, the Consumer Tribunal, an ombud with jurisdiction, or a court, as the CPA allows.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version applies from the date we publish it on our website. Changes do not apply to orders that were confirmed before the change. If you keep using our website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
