Processing & Production Time

Our standard processing time is 10–14 working days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

How It Works
Once your order is placed and payment is received, it is submitted for processing and production.
Orders are prepared according to current stock availability and supplier timelines.
Once processing is complete, your order is dispatched by courier and you receive a tracking number by email.

Total Time From Order to Delivery
Processing (10–14 working days) plus courier delivery (1–7 business days, depending on your location).

Delays & Order Updates
We aim to meet our standard turnaround time, but some orders may take longer because of:
Supplier or manufacturing delays
High order volumes
Product availability
If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed and complete it as soon as possible.

Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide within South Africa, including all major cities and regional towns.

Courier Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times apply from the date your order is dispatched.
Gauteng: 1–3 business days
Other major cities: 2–5 business days
Outlying and rural areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, load-shedding or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are a flat rate based on your delivery province and the total weight of your order. The fee is calculated automatically at checkout.

For orders above 95kg (or above 110kg in Gauteng), please contact us before ordering and we will provide a courier quote.

Shipping fees are calculated by weight bracket.
Outlying or remote areas may incur additional courier charges. If you are unsure whether your address falls within a standard delivery zone, please contact us before ordering.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.
