Shipping Information — AC Luxe Hygiene (South Africa)

At AC Luxe Hygiene, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with full transparency. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship our hygiene products across South Africa.

If you are unsure about your total order weight, please contact us before placing your order and we will gladly assist with a courier estimate.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa, including all major cities and regional towns.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Delivery (Courier):

Gauteng: 1–3 business days

Major Cities: 2–5 business days

Outlying / Rural Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, load-shedding schedules, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Fees

Standard delivery: Flat rate (Depending on Location)

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending.

Local Delivery

We offer a flat R100 local delivery fee for orders weighing up to 30kg.

Orders exceeding 30kg will be charged R200.

and further weight brackets will be calculated accordingly depending on the total weight of the shipment.


National & Regional Delivery

For deliveries outside our local area, the following structure applies:

Base rate: R180 (includes up to 15kg)

If your order exceeds 15kg:

An additional R15 per extra 5kg applies

This applies up to 30kg

The maximum charge up to 30kg will therefore be R225

Orders over 30kg will be charged R360, and further weight brackets will be calculated accordingly based on total weight.

Important Notes

Shipping fees are calculated according to weight brackets.

Outlying or remote areas may incur additional courier charges. We recommend contacting us beforehand if you are unsure whether your location falls within a standard delivery zone.
